Window Wells Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

We guarantee that the window well will be free from rust, corrosion, or material degradation for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property where the window well is installed, ensuring that the coverage continues for the full 10-year duration from the original purchase date. The warranty covers defects in materials or manufacturing that result in the rusting or corrosion of the window well.  

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, or abuse.
• Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, salt, or harsh environmental conditions.
• Any alterations or modifications made to the window well after installation.
• Natural wear and tear that does not affect the structural integrity or functionality of the window well.

Warranty Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, the current owner of the property must contact Window Well Solutions LLC within 30 days of discovering the defect. Proof of purchase and a description of the issue must be provided. Window Well Solutions LLC reserves the right to inspect the window well to determine the validity of the claim. If a defect is found, Window Well Solutions LLC will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price of the window well.

Transfer Process:

If the property where the window well is installed is sold, the new owner must contact Window Well Solutions LLC within 60 days of the property’s sale to transfer the warranty. The new owner will need to provide proof of the property’s purchase, and the warranty will continue for the remainder of the original 10-year period.

5-Year Workmanship Guarantee:

In addition to the 10-year rust warranty, Window Well Solutions LLC provides a 5-year guarantee on the workmanship of the window well installation. We guarantee that the installation of the window well will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of installation. This guarantee covers any issues directly related to the quality of the installation.

Exclusions:

This guarantee does not cover:

• Issues resulting from modifications, repairs, or adjustments made by anyone other than an authorized Window Well Solutions LLC technician.
• Damage caused by external forces, including but not limited to flooding, shifting of the foundation, or other environmental factors beyond normal conditions.

Workmanship Guarantee Claim Process:

To make a claim under the workmanship guarantee, the current property owner must contact Window Well Solutions LLC within 30 days of discovering the issue. An authorized technician will assess the problem and, if covered under this guarantee, will repair or rectify the issue at no additional cost to the property owner.

Limitation of Liability:

Window Well Solutions LLC’s liability under this warranty and guarantee is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product or workmanship as described above. In no event shall Window Well Solutions LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
