Warranty Coverage

Window Well Solutions LLC warrants that custom window well covers manufactured and installed by Window Well Solutions LLC will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (10) years from the original date of installation.

This warranty covers:

• Cracking, splitting, or warping under normal residential use
• UV-related degradation including yellowing or brittleness
• Manufacturing defects that affect structural integrity or performance

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, the property owner must contact Window Well Solutions LLC within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue. Proof of purchase and installation date, a written description of the issue, and photographic evidence must be provided. Window Well Solutions LLC reserves the right to inspect the cover to determine warranty eligibility.

Transferability

This warranty is transferable one (1) time to a subsequent homeowner if the property is sold during the warranty period. The new owner must notify Window Well Solutions LLC within sixty (60) days of the property transfer and provide the original invoice to maintain coverage. The warranty continues for the remainder of the original five-year period.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, vandalism, or abuse
• Impact damage from lawn equipment, falling objects, or hail exceeding 1.5 inches
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs not authorized by Window Well Solutions LLC
• Damage caused by acts of nature including flooding, fire, or earthquakes
• Improper installation performed by third parties

Warranty Remedy

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Window Well Solutions LLC will, at its sole discretion, repair the product, replace it with an equivalent product, or refund the original purchase price.

Limitation of Liability

Window Well Solutions LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. In no event shall Window Well Solutions LLC be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
